Trent Hidlay, who wrestled his way to a pair of PIAA championships for Mifflin County and was a five-time All-American at North Carolina State, claimed a gold medal at 92 kg in men’s freestyle at the Polyak Imre & Varga Janos Memorial Ranking Event in Hungary over the weekend!

Hidlay scored a 7-2 victory in the finals over two-time World medalist Miriana Maisuradze.

Hidlay will be competing in the Senior World Championships for Team USA this September in Zagreb, Croatia.
