Last year, you donated a combined-record $34,258.70 to the Battle of the Morning Shows, with every penny going straight to our local Salvation Army!

We’ve mixed things up a bit with hopes of raising even more money.

Say hello to the Seven Mountains Media Lewistown Kettle Challenge! Same concept but, instead of just a few of us trying to raise money, each station’s entire air-staff can take part, hopefully raising even more money for our neighbors, friends and families in need.

We have four goals this year:

• Beat last year’s team total of $10,002.16
• Reclaim the team championship
• Beat the record-setting amount raised of $34,258.70
• Most importantly, helping those that are in need of help

The Seven Mountains Media Lewistown Kettle Challenge starts on November 6th this year and culminates on December 6 with our annual Battle on the Square in downtown Lewistown between 11am and 1pm.

Here’s where you come in. We will be accepting donations during the aforementioned time frame. You can donate in advance or wait until the Battle to drop it off.

Either way, gentlemen and women, start your fundraising!

Any fundraising efforts you can come with will go a long way toward the goals listed above. Host an office bake sale. Have a Dress Down Friday at work for $5 to participate. Need Rocco, Aly or Matt to show up and help with something you’re doing? Say the word!

The options are endless and every dollar raised will make a huge difference in someone’s life. Even better, it will be someone from your community, thanks to our local Salvation Army.

Here’s the other thing, if you are hosting a fundraiser of some sort, please let us know. We can talk about it on-air which a) may help you raise more money and b) may spur someone else to do something, too!
