It’s the giving season and here’s yet another way you can give back to your community.

The PA CareerLink^® EARN Program (Employment Advancement and Retention Network) in Mifflin County will be collecting donated diapers for its Holiday Diaper Drive.

Donations are due by December 13 and can be dropped off at PA CareerLink^® Mifflin County, 6395 Route103N, MCIDC Plaza Bldg 58, Lewistown, PA 17044.

If you’re shipping them via an online order, just please be sire to mark them: Attn: EARN.

“One in two families with young children struggle to afford diapers. This diaper drive will help local families afford all other expenses that come with the holiday season, which might include heating, rent, and utilities as well as toys from Santa,” said Abby Dale, Regional EARN Supervisor.

Items ACCEPTED for Diaper Drive include:

• New packs of diapers (All sizes from Newborn up to size 7)
• Opened packs of diapers (All sizes from Newborn up to size 7)

Distribution:

Diapers will be distributed on December 18, from 1:00-3:00pm at PA CareerLink® Mifflin County. Follow us on Facebook for further details.
