Mifflin and Juniata counties continue to dominate the district in cross country. Mifflin County’s Carter Smith and Juniata’s Wyatt Stroup and Sylvia Brubaker all won D6 titles over the weekend.
The Indian boys, including district runner-up Joey Bomberger and top ten finisher Wesley Ehrisman (9th), won the district championship and are headed to states,
as are Huskies’ Wyatt Kauffman (8th place) and Reese Cubbison (10th). The state meet is this Saturday in Hershey.
