Higgins here! How are you? So I am told I am an adorable meat head! I hope that is good. I am all smiles. I have short legs, big boxy head and stubby body. I am also very happy. I do like to play. I can sit. I do bark sometimes. I can sound mean but I am not, though sometimes I do get a bit protective of my food. I have gotten much better about that the longer I am here. I understand no one wants to take it from me. I like my walks. Running and playing in the big play yard with my tongue flappin’ in the breeze! I am compact and might weigh about 50 lbs. I could do OK, maybe, with some other dogs. The girls I believe are nice! Have to meet the cats. Not sure if I will like them or not. I am a bouncy, bundle of smiles and hoping you are my new best friend.
Perry County Animal Rescue (PCoAR) was started in 2009 because of love for animals. Our core mission is to shelter lost and unwanted animals from Juniata and Perry Counties until a new home is found. PCoAR promotes responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter education, vaccinations and general pet care. With the help of volunteers, PCoAR has successfully found homes for many animals as well as reuniting lost pets with their families.
