After both picking up Week One wins, the Steelers and Eagles suffered Week Two setbacks. Las Vegas beat Pittsburgh, 26-17, while San Francisco took care of Philadelphia, 17-11.
The Phillies dropped another game behind Atlanta in the NL East with last night’s 3-2 loss to the New York Mets. Philadelphia is two games out with two weeks to play.

The Pirates, meanwhile, scored two in the ninth to go up one but then gave one back to force extras. Again in the 10th, the Bucs went up a run but gave two back in the bottom half of the inning. Miami 6, Pittsburgh 5.
And Penn State’s Saturday night win over Auburn helped move the Lions up four spots to #6 in the latest AP Top 25. Alabama is still number one, followed by Georgia and Oregon. Oklahoma and Iowa round out the top five.
