The 2021 Annual Goose Day 5K Race will begin at Monument Squire in Lewistown at 9 AM, on Saturday September 25th and run through the South End of Lewistown returning to finish Monument Square. Proceeds from the race will go to fund the Juniata Valley Striders Youth Running programs, the high school scholarship program and, the running shoes for kids in need program.

Anyone interested in running the Goose Day 5K can find applications at Falkner’s PC, the Juniata Valley YMCA, and online at the Juniata Valley Striders web site. Day of race registration will begin at 7:30 AM at the old Mifflin County Courthouse.
