State Senator Judy Ward (R-Hollidaysburg) said the decertification of voting machines in Fulton County is “a strong-arm move designed to intimidate other counties, and keep them from demonstrating to their residents that their elections were fair and accurate.”  Pennsylvania Acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid has decertified the voting machines in Fulton County.  She notified county officials in a letter Wednesday

The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) has added three new videos to its training website, My Learning Center. The videos are free to access and designed specifically for direct care workers and family caregivers. The videos are made possible through funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.  The new videos are intended to help caregivers build their skills in caring for home-based individuals.  My Learning Center hosts more than 80 online training opportunities. Since launching in 2010, PHA has collaborated with members and industry experts to develop new content annually. Courses range from Alzheimer’s and dementia care to infection control and pain management.
