A weekend domestic incident in Lewistown has led to charges of criminal homicide.  According to Lewistown Borough Police, 37-year-old Rolando Baez-Rolon was charged with shooting his wife, 40-year-old Betsy Torres, on Sunday just after 2:30 am on Ridge Road.  Baez-Rolon contacted 911 after the incident.  He provided police with several versions of events.  Witnesses provided statements that led to Baez-Rolon’s arrest for criminal homicide, voluntary manslaughter, and related charges.  He was placed in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.  The investigation will continue.
