Olivia Rodrigo was born 2/20/2003 in Temecula, California. As a young girl, she took singing and acting classes and landed her first television role on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark. In 2019, she was cast as Nini Salazar-Roberts on the Disney+ series “High School” The Musical: The Series.

In 2020, she signed with Geffen/Interscope Records. Her debut single “Drivers License,” has taken off like a rocket, twice breaking Spotify’s record for most daily streams for a non-holiday song. The song has been #1 on the Billboard for six straight weeks, as of February 23rd. She just turned 18.

The lyrics of the song were said to have concerned her relationship with co-star Joshua Bassett. Filming on season two is underway, while Rodrigo plans to release her debut EP later this year.
