Week 14 of the NFL kicks off tonight with the Patriots playing the Rams. Gametime is 8:20 pm.

The Mid Penn Conference Board of Directors approved the following mandates for the 2020-21 Winter Sports Season at all levels of competition:

All regular season games played in the Mid Penn Conference will require that all participants, assigned PIAA officials, and assigned support staff wear a face covering that covers the nose and mouth at all times. Excluded from this mandate are swimmers and divers ONLY when competing. Spectators are required to wear face coverings at all times.

If a team has a participant who is NOT ABLE to wear a face covering while competing, a signed doctor’s note and that information must be communicated to the opponent(s) as soon as known, but not less than 24 hours in advance of the contest. If a school has, any participants with a signed doctor’s excuse exempting them from wearing a face covering during competition, the said contest may be deemed unsafe and cancelled. It would be declared a no contest at no penalty to either team.

Visiting spectators are prohibited and will not be admitted to MPC schools. Each home school shall set their indoor facility capacity limits based on gymnasium set-up and for physical distancing. When setting seating capacity limits, the safety of participants, officials and, support staff shall be the #1 priority.
