A Huntingdon County man faces charges of making terroristic threats after an incident last week.  According to State Police, on February 7th, 26-year-old Brian Campbell threatened to burn down the trailer of a 70-year-old bedridden female victim with the woman inside. Campbell also killed one of the victim’s cats with the woman present.  State Police at Huntingdon will continue the investigation.

 

Northumberland County has joined the SEDA-COG Natural Gas Cooperative to help expand access to natural gas and further stimulate economic development.  This brings the cooperative’s county membership to six along with Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Centre, and Clinton Counties.  The SEDA-COG Natural Gas Cooperative, which was established in 2016, seeks to provide project funding and form partnerships to expand natural gas distribution infrastructure to its member counties.

 

A Millerstown woman has been arrested for burglary and theft in Perry County.  State Police at Newport say 31-year-old Stephanie Marie McHenry entered an unlocked residence on West Juniata Parkway in Greenwood Township between January 16th and February 2nd.  Police say once inside, McHenry stole jewelry, cash and medication.
